By creating an account, signing a subscription, or using any part of the SEOJASOOS platform (the "Service") — including the Admin, Teacher, Student and Parent portals — your school, and each individual user you invite, agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy below. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to the school administration that subscribes to SEOJASOOS ("the School" or "you"), and to every teacher, student and parent account created under that subscription.
SEOJASOOS is a cloud-based school management system (ERP) providing, among other things:
We may add, change or retire individual features over time to improve the Service; core functionality covered by your active plan will not be removed without reasonable notice.
The School's administrator is responsible for creating accurate accounts for staff, students and parents, and for promptly deactivating access for anyone who leaves the school. Each user is responsible for:
SEOJASOOS is offered on the following billing cycles, each covering all four portals and every included module:
Prices shown on our website are starting rates for smaller campuses; schools with larger student counts or add-on modules (e.g. multi-campus, SMS gateway, custom integrations) will receive a custom quote before signing up. Payments are due in advance of each billing period; the Service may be suspended for accounts with overdue payments after reasonable notice.
You may cancel a Monthly or Yearly plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you will retain access until then. Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable, except where required by law or where SEOJASOOS is unable to deliver the core Service due to a fault on our side.
Lifetime plans are a one-time purchase; refund requests made within 14 days of purchase, before significant data has been migrated or the system put into live use, will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

We know the data on this platform includes sensitive information about children, and we treat it accordingly.
Student accounts and records are created and managed by the School and its authorized staff, not directly by children. Parents and guardians may contact their School's admin, or us directly, to review or correct their child's information.
We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access; scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible. Support is provided via email/WhatsApp for all plans, with priority response for Yearly and Lifetime subscribers as described on our pricing page.
The Service is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, SEOJASOOS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including data entry errors made by School users. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount paid by the School in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Either party may terminate the subscription in accordance with the cancellation terms above. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in unlawful activity, or have significantly overdue payments, after reasonable notice where practical.
We may update these Terms & Conditions or Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be notified to School administrators by email or an in-app notice before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
